Account & Data Deletion

Request permanent deletion of your SoccerFit account and associated data

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Data Category	Scope
Account credentials	Email, password, authentication tokens
Profile information	Display name, profile photo, player details (position, height, weight, date of birth)
Cloud match data	Match metadata, performance summaries stored in Firebase
Team memberships	Team associations, shared match data
Cloud-stored files	Profile images, team emblems stored in Firebase Storage

Local data: Data stored only on your device (local match recordings, sensor data, exported .sfit files) is not affected by cloud account deletion. To remove local data, uninstall the App or delete matches individually within the App.

⚠ This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all cloud data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting your match data from the App before requesting deletion.

Option 1: Delete from Within the App

You can delete your account directly in SoccerFit:

1Open Settings

Open SoccerFit → tap the Settings tab (gear icon)

2Go to Account

Tap Account → Delete Account

3Confirm Deletion

Re-enter your password to confirm. Your account and all cloud data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the App, you may request account deletion by emailing us directly:

Send an email to devros.io@gmail.com

Include the following in your email:

Subject: SoccerFit Account Deletion Request
Your registered email address (the email you used to sign up)
Reason for deletion (optional)

We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Option 3: Submit a Deletion Request

Fill out this form and we will process your request.

✓ Deletion Request Submitted

We have received your request. Your account and data will be deleted within 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
